Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data. This action is permanent and will erase all your relationship data, notes, and account information.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Data Export to download your relationship data in JSON format. This allows you to back up your data or move it to another service.

Why does Reluma need access to my contacts?

Contact access is optional. If you grant permission, Reluma can suggest people from your phone's contacts to add to your network. We only access contacts you explicitly add; we never upload your entire contact list.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Firebase's industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and strict access controls. Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Does Reluma use AI?

AI features (powered by Google Gemini) are optional and disabled by default. If you enable AI in Settings, Reluma can analyze your notes to generate relationship insights and suggested prompts. You can disable this feature at any time.
